Apply rewards at checkout

In this guide, you'll learn how to apply a client's loyalty rewards during the checkout process.

Apply an existing reward at checkout

  1. From your Calendar, open the appointment and click Checkout.
  2. In the checkout view, select the client and confirm the items for the sale.
  3. Click Apply reward to view the client's available rewards.
  4. Select the reward to apply and confirm the discount or free item.
  5. Complete the payment as normal.
Only rewards already in the client's wallet are available to apply at checkout. New rewards must be claimed first.

Claim and apply a new reward at checkout

  1. In the checkout view, click Apply reward.
  2. If the client has enough points to claim a new reward, click Claim reward next to the eligible option.
  3. The reward is added to the client's wallet and applied to the current sale immediately.
  4. Complete the payment to finalise the transaction.
