Set up and manage Client loyalty referrals

In this guide, you'll learn how to set up a referral program that rewards existing clients for bringing new clients to your business.

Enable loyalty referrals

  1. From the main menu on the left of your screen, go to Settings.
  2. Select Client Loyalty from the left menu panel.
  3. Navigate to the Referrals section and toggle it on.

Configure referral rewards

  1. In the Referrals section, set the referrer reward — the points or reward the existing client earns when they refer someone.
  2. Optionally set a referee reward — a welcome bonus for the new client who was referred.
  3. Define when the reward is triggered, for example, after the new client completes their first appointment.
  4. Click Save to publish the referral program.
Offering a reward to both the referrer and the new client increases the likelihood of referrals being made and redeemed.

How referrals are tracked

  1. Clients share their unique referral link or code from their BeYou365 account.
  2. When a new client books using the referral link, the referral is automatically recorded.
  3. The reward is triggered once the qualifying conditions are met, such as completing the first appointment.
