Create client loyalty rewards

In this guide, you'll learn how to create rewards that clients can unlock through their loyalty points or by reaching a loyalty tier.

Types of loyalty rewards

  1. Discount rewards: Give clients a percentage or fixed-amount discount on eligible services or products.
  2. Free service rewards: Allow clients to claim a specific service for free.
  3. Free product rewards: Allow clients to claim a product at no charge.
  4. All reward types can be linked to either the points program, a tier, or added manually to a client wallet.

Create a loyalty reward

  1. From the main menu on the left of your screen, go to Settings.
  2. Select Client Loyalty from the left menu panel.
  3. Navigate to the Rewards section and click Add reward.
  4. Select the reward type and configure its value or applicable items.
  5. Set a redemption threshold (points required) or link the reward to a specific tier.
  6. Configure optional restrictions such as minimum spend, expiry, or in-store only redemption.
  7. Click Save to publish the reward.
Creating a variety of reward types at different point thresholds gives clients more motivation to keep engaging with your business.

Manage existing rewards

  1. In the Rewards section, find the reward you want to manage.
  2. Click Actions next to the reward to edit, pause, or delete it.
  3. Paused rewards are not visible to clients but can be reactivated at any time.
