If you use the platform on behalf of a salon, company, or team, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms on that entity's behalf.
2. Accounts and Eligibility
- You must provide complete and accurate registration information and update it when details change.
- You are responsible for all activity conducted through your credentials and for maintaining account confidentiality.
- We may require identity, business, or contact verification before enabling specific features or restoring access.
- You may not create accounts through unauthorized means, impersonate others, or use false business information.
3. Salon Marketplace Rules
Salon partners may create profiles, list services, upload brand or venue content, publish working hours, define availability, and manage team operations. Each salon is solely responsible for the legality, completeness, and accuracy of its listing content, operating policies, service claims, and customer-facing communications.
- Prices, promotions, staff profiles, and service descriptions must be truthful and kept current.
- Salons must honor confirmed bookings except where cancellation or rescheduling is clearly permitted.
- Salons are responsible for compliance with local tax, licensing, labor, consumer, health, and advertising rules.
4. Bookings and Transactions
Beyou365 may facilitate appointment requests, calendar coordination, reminders, business notifications, and transaction-related workflows. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Beyou365 is not the direct provider of salon services listed by third-party salons on the platform.

Must review salon details, availability, pricing, and cancellation terms before confirming a booking.
Salons
Must manage availability accurately and communicate promptly regarding changes, delays, or operational issues.
Platform
May send reminders, status updates, and service communications needed to support appointment operations.
5. Content and Intellectual Property
Beyou365 and its platform design, software, branding, workflows, and proprietary materials remain the property of Beyou365 or its licensors. Users retain rights to the content they lawfully submit, but they grant Beyou365 a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, reproduce, adapt, and distribute that content as necessary to operate, promote, and improve the service.
You must not upload content that infringes third-party rights, violates privacy, contains false or misleading claims, or includes malicious code or harmful material.
6. Prohibited Conduct
- Using the platform for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, discriminatory, or fraudulent activity.
- Attempting to bypass security controls, scrape protected data, reverse engineer restricted systems, or interfere with service availability.
- Posting fake reviews, manipulating availability, misrepresenting business identity, or creating misleading listings.
- Using Beyou365 to distribute spam, malware, unauthorized advertising, or infringing content.
7. Disclaimers and Liability
Beyou365 is provided on an as-available and as-offered basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or specific commercial results from platform use.
To the extent permitted by law, Beyou365 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising out of or related to use of the platform. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the amount paid by the relevant user to Beyou365 for the applicable services in the period immediately preceding the claim.
8. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we reasonably believe that a user has violated these terms, created security or legal risk, failed to provide required verification, or used the platform in a manner that could harm Beyou365, partner salons, customers, or third parties.
Termination does not relieve any party of obligations that accrued before termination, including payment obligations, intellectual property commitments, dispute provisions, and compliance duties.
