Enable Client Loyalty

In this guide, you'll learn how to enable and configure the Client Loyalty program for your business, including selecting eligible items, applying a theme, and adding terms and conditions.

Enable Client Loyalty

  1. From the main menu on the left of your screen, go to Settings.
  2. Select Client Loyalty from the left menu panel.
  3. Click Enable loyalty to activate the program for your business.
Once enabled, clients with a BeYou365 account will be able to see your loyalty program information on your marketplace profile.

Configure eligible items

  1. In your Client Loyalty settings, navigate to the Eligibility section.
  2. Select which services, products, and memberships are eligible for earning and redeeming loyalty points.
  3. Click Save to apply your eligibility settings.

Add terms and conditions

  1. In your Client Loyalty settings, scroll to the Terms and conditions section.
  2. Enter your program terms in the text field.
  3. Click Save to publish your terms to clients.
Clear terms and conditions help manage client expectations and reduce disputes about point earning and redemption.
