Adjust a client's rewards, points and tiers

In this guide, you'll learn how to manually adjust a client's loyalty points, change their tier, and add or remove rewards from their profile.

Adjust a client's loyalty points

  1. From the main menu on the left of your screen, go to Clients.
  2. Select Clients list from the left menu panel.
  3. Click on a client's profile to view their profile details.
  4. In the client profile view, click on Loyalty in the menu panel.
  5. Click Adjust points and enter the number of points to add or deduct.
  6. Add a reason for the adjustment and click Save.
Points adjustments are logged in the client's loyalty history, so you always have a record of any manual changes.

Change a client's loyalty tier

  1. Open the client's profile and navigate to the Loyalty tab.
  2. Click Change tier next to the current tier.
  3. Select the new tier from the dropdown menu.
  4. Add an optional note and click Save to apply the change.

Manage rewards in a client's wallet

  1. Open the client's profile and navigate to Wallet.
  2. Click on Actions next to Rewards to add a new reward manually.
  3. To remove an existing reward, click Actions next to the reward and select Remove.
  4. Confirm the action when prompted.
Removing a reward from a client wallet is permanent. The reward will need to be re-added manually if removed by mistake.
