Set up and manage Client loyalty points
In this guide, you'll learn how to enable the points feature, set earning rules, and create rewards that clients can claim with their points.
Enable loyalty points
- From the main menu on the left of your screen, go to Settings.
- Select Client Loyalty from the left menu panel.
- Navigate to the Points section and toggle it on.
Set points earning rules
- In the Points section, set the earning rate, for example: 1 point per $1 spent.
- Choose whether points are earned on services, products, or both.
- Optionally set a multiplier for specific services to reward higher-value bookings.
- Click Save to apply the earning rules.
A simple earning rate like 1 point per dollar spent is easy for clients to understand and track.
Create point-based rewards
- In the Points section, scroll to Rewards and click Add reward.
- Choose the reward type: Discount, Free service, or Free product.
- Set the number of points required to unlock the reward.
- Configure eligible items and any redemption restrictions.
- Click Save to publish the reward.
