The client's loyalty view
- Clients can access their loyalty information through their BeYou365 marketplace account.
- They can see their current points balance, tier status, and available rewards.
- Clients receive notifications when they earn points, level up a tier, or unlock a new reward.
How clients earn points
- Points are earned automatically when a client completes a purchase of eligible services or products.
- Bonus points can be earned through referrals when a referred friend completes their first appointment.
- The points earned per transaction are based on the earning rules you have configured in your loyalty settings.
Clients earn points only on eligible items. You can configure which services and products are eligible in your loyalty settings.
How clients redeem rewards
- Clients can redeem rewards at checkout when making a payment in-store.
- They present their reward to your team, who applies it during the checkout process.
- Rewards can also be applied directly from the POS checkout screen in BeYou365.
