Set up and manage Client loyalty tiers

In this guide, you'll learn how to set up loyalty tiers, define the criteria for each tier, and add perks that clients unlock as they progress.

Enable loyalty tiers

  1. From the main menu on the left of your screen, go to Settings.
  2. Select Client Loyalty from the left menu panel.
  3. Navigate to the Tiers section and toggle it on.

Create and configure tiers

  1. In the Tiers section, click Add tier.
  2. Enter the tier name, for example: Silver, Gold, or Platinum.
  3. Set the points threshold required to reach this tier.
  4. Optionally add a tier description to explain the benefits to clients.
  5. Repeat to create additional tiers, then click Save.
Start with 2-3 tiers and simple thresholds to keep the program easy for clients to understand and progress through.

Add rewards and perks to tiers

  1. In the Tiers section, click on a tier to open its settings.
  2. Click Add reward to create a reward that clients unlock upon reaching the tier.
  3. Choose the reward type, set the value, and configure any restrictions.
  4. Click Save to publish the tier reward.
