View your AI Concierge call log
Review all calls handled by your AI Concierge, including transcripts, outcomes, and any appointments created or cancelled during each call.
Access the call log
- From the main menu, go to Settings.
- Select AI Concierge.
- Click on the Call log tab.
- You will see a list of all calls handled by your AI Concierge, ordered by date and time.
Review individual call details
- Click on any call in the log to open the call detail view.
- Review the call transcript to see the full conversation between the AI and the caller.
- Check the outcome — whether an appointment was booked, cancelled, a message was taken, or the call was transferred.
- See the call duration and the client details if the caller was identified.
Filter and search call history
- Use the search bar to find calls by client name or phone number.
- Apply filters to narrow results by date range, call outcome (booked, missed, info request), or call duration.
- Export the call log for record-keeping or analysis if needed.
Call transcripts are stored securely and can be reviewed at any time from your call log.
