Set up call forwarding for your AI Concierge
Configure call forwarding on your existing business number to route incoming calls through your AI Concierge.
How call forwarding works
- Call forwarding redirects incoming calls from your existing business phone number to the BeYou365 AI Concierge number. Callers still dial your original number — the forwarding happens transparently in the background.
Set up call forwarding
- From Settings > AI Concierge, note the BeYou365 forwarding number provided.
- On your business phone or phone system, enable call forwarding to that number.
- Set forwarding to activate Always (all calls go to AI), or When unanswered (AI answers only when you don't pick up).
- Click Confirm setup in BeYou365 once forwarding is configured.
Your phone carrier may charge for call forwarding. Check with your carrier before enabling.
Test your forwarding setup
- Call your business number from a different phone.
- The AI Concierge should answer with your custom greeting.
- Check the Call log to confirm the call was received and handled by the AI.
- If the call does not reach the AI, double-check your forwarding settings on your phone or carrier.
