Set up your AI Concierge

Get your AI Concierge up and running by connecting your phone number, customizing the greeting, and activating the service.

Before you start

  1. To set up AI Concierge, ensure you have:

Set up AI Concierge

  1. From the main menu, go to Settings.
  2. Select AI Concierge.
  3. Click Get started or Set up.
  4. Enter your business phone number that clients call.
  5. Set up call forwarding on your phone to the number provided by BeYou365 (instructions are shown on screen for your phone carrier).
  6. Customize your AI greeting — the message clients hear when the AI answers.
  7. Set your business name and any key details the AI should use when speaking with clients.

Activate AI Concierge

  1. Once setup is complete, toggle on AI Concierge active.
  2. Test the setup by calling your business number from another phone.
  3. The AI Concierge will answer using your custom greeting.
  4. Review the test call in your Call log to confirm everything is working correctly.
If call forwarding is not set up correctly, incoming calls will not reach AI Concierge. Follow the carrier-specific instructions shown during setup.
