Manage your AI Concierge knowledge base
Add and manage the business information your AI Concierge uses to answer client questions accurately during calls.
What is the knowledge base?
- The AI Concierge knowledge base is a collection of questions and answers about your business that the AI uses to respond to caller queries. You can add information such as your services, prices, parking, policies, and anything else clients commonly ask about.
Add answers to your knowledge base
- From Settings > AI Concierge, go to the Knowledge base tab.
- Click Add answer.
- Enter the question (e.g. "What are your opening hours?").
- Enter the answer that the AI should provide when this question is asked.
- Click Save to add the entry.
- Repeat for all common client questions.
The more information you add to your knowledge base, the better your AI Concierge will be at handling caller queries without needing to transfer the call.
Edit or remove answers
- In the Knowledge base tab, find the entry you want to update.
- Click the edit icon to modify the question or answer.
- Click Save after making changes.
- To remove an entry, click the delete icon and confirm the deletion.
