Update your AI Concierge details
Keep your AI Concierge up to date by editing its greeting, tone, language settings, and the business information it uses during calls.
Access AI Concierge settings
- From the main menu, go to Settings.
- Select AI Concierge.
- Click Edit or Settings to open the configuration panel.
Update the AI greeting
- In the AI Concierge settings, find the Greeting field.
- Edit the text to update how the AI greets callers. For example: "Hi, you've reached [Business Name]. How can I help you today?"
- Preview the greeting to hear how it sounds.
- Click Save to apply the new greeting.
Update business information
- Update your Business name to ensure the AI refers to your business correctly.
- Set the preferred Tone for AI responses: Friendly, Professional, or Casual.
- Update the Language setting if needed.
- Add any additional Custom instructions for how the AI should handle specific situations.
- Click Save to apply all changes.
Changes to AI Concierge settings take effect immediately for all new incoming calls.
