Configure which appointment actions your AI Concierge can handle automatically, including bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling.

AI Appointment Handling

How appointment handling works

  1. When AI Concierge handles a call, it can interact with your booking system directly to create, modify, or cancel appointments on behalf of callers. You control which of these actions the AI is permitted to perform.

Configure appointment handling options

  1. From Settings > AI Concierge, go to the Appointment handling tab.
  2. Toggle on the actions you want the AI to handle:
  3. Set any restrictions, such as preventing same-day cancellations or limiting bookings to specific services.
  4. Click Save to apply.
The AI Concierge will only book appointments during your configured business hours and for services that have online booking enabled.

Review AI-created bookings

  1. All appointments created or modified by AI Concierge appear in your Calendar with an AI indicator.
  2. You can view the call details and transcript from the Call log in the AI Concierge dashboard.
  3. Review and confirm or adjust any AI-created appointments as needed.
