Enable auto top-ups for your AI receptionist so you never miss a client call around the clock.
How AI Concierge credits work
- AI Concierge uses credits from your BeYou365 account to handle calls. Each call deducts credits based on the call duration. When your credit balance runs low, AI Concierge will stop handling calls unless auto top-up is enabled.
Enable auto top-up
- From the main menu, go to Settings.
- Select AI Concierge, then click Credits & billing.
- Toggle on Enable auto top-up.
- Set your Top-up amount — how many credits to add each time a top-up is triggered.
- Set the Low balance threshold — the credit level at which auto top-up is triggered.
- Confirm your payment method for top-ups.
- Click Save.
Auto top-up ensures your AI Concierge never goes offline due to insufficient credits. You will receive a notification each time a top-up is processed.
Manage your top-up settings
- You can update your top-up amount or threshold at any time from Settings > AI Concierge > Credits & billing.
- View your credit transaction history to see when top-ups were triggered and how much was charged.
- To disable auto top-up, toggle it off. Your AI Concierge will stop handling calls once credits are exhausted.
