Refund a deposit
Refund deposits or cancel appointments while returning deposits to clients.
Refund a deposit
- Open the appointment in your Calendar.
- Click Cancel appointment or go to the Payment section.
- Select Refund deposit.
- Confirm the refund amount and method.
- Click Refund to process the return to the client's card.
Refunds typically appear on the client's statement within 3–5 business days depending on their bank.
