Charge a no-show or cancellation fee

  1. Open the appointment in your Calendar.
  2. Mark the appointment as No-show or process the cancellation.
  3. BeYou365 will prompt you to charge the fee defined in the payment policy.
  4. Select Charge fee or Waive fee based on your discretion.
  5. Confirm the action — the fee is charged to the client's saved card.
You can always choose to waive the fee for a client. This flexibility lets you maintain good client relationships while protecting your time.
