Manage payment policies for appointments awaiting confirmation
Update, remind, or refund payment policies for existing bookings that are awaiting client action.
Manage pending payment policies
- Open the appointment in your Calendar.
- In the Payment policy section, you will see the current status (e.g., awaiting card capture, deposit not yet paid).
- Choose from: Send reminder, Update policy, or Refund deposit.
- Confirm your action.
Send a reminder to clients who have not yet provided their card details or deposit to reduce admin and keep your calendar protected.
