Collect deposits in-store
Collect deposits for specific appointments in-store using BeYou365 Payments.
Collect a deposit in-store
- Open the appointment in your Calendar.
- In the Payment policy section, select Collect deposit now.
- Choose the payment method (card terminal, Tap to Pay, saved card, etc.).
- Process the deposit payment.
- The deposit will be applied to the appointment balance at checkout.
In-store deposits are recorded against the appointment and automatically deducted from the total at final checkout.
