Enable optional full prepayments
Give clients the option to pay their full appointment amount upfront when booking online.
Enable optional full prepayments
- From the main menu, go to Online booking.
- Select Payment policies.
- Open an existing policy or create a new one.
- Enable Allow full prepayment as an option for clients.
- Click Save.
Offering a full prepayment option can increase client commitment and reduce last-minute cancellations.
