Reschedule appointments

In this guide, you'll learn how to reschedule appointments by adjusting the time, date, or team member while keeping all other appointment details unchanged.

Reschedule appointments within the same day

  1. Open an appointment from the calendar.
  2. In the appointment view, click on the service you want to reschedule.
  3. Update the start time or team member as needed.
  4. Click Apply to confirm the service changes.
  5. Click Save to update the appointment in the calendar.
You can also drag the appointment directly on the calendar to adjust its time. Grab the bottom edge of the appointment to extend or shorten its duration. This applies to scheduled appointments only, not when creating new ones.

Reschedule an appointment to a different date and time

  1. Open an appointment from the calendar.
  2. Click on Actions (three dots) at the bottom of the appointment view.
  3. Select Reschedule.
  4. Choose a new date and time from the available slots.
  5. Click Save to confirm the rescheduled appointment.

After rescheduling, the client may receive a notification depending on your notification settings. Notifications won't be sent if the appointment's start date and time remain unchanged.
