Cancel appointments
In this guide, you'll learn how to cancel appointments and where to find a record of these.
Cancel an appointment
- Click on Actions (three dots) at the bottom of the appointment view.
- Select Cancel from the menu.
- Select a cancellation reason from the list.
- Choose who is cancelling — you can select Cancelled by business or Cancelled by client.
- Click Confirm to cancel the appointment.
The client will receive a cancellation notification based on your notification settings. Cancelled appointments are kept in your records for reporting purposes.
You can also cancel an appointment by clicking Actions (three dots) at the bottom of the appointment view, and selecting Cancel.
