Complete appointments
In this guide, you'll learn how checking out appointments automatically marks them as completed, ensuring accurate data for reporting, marketing, and more.
Complete an appointment by checking out
- Click the Check out button at the bottom of the appointment view.
- Review the services, prices, and any applicable discounts or tips.
- Select the payment method the client will use.
- Click Complete sale to finalize the checkout.
The appointment status will automatically change to "Completed". The sale will be recorded in your transaction history and the client will receive a receipt based on your notification settings.
Once an appointment is marked as Completed, its status cannot be changed.
