Paying your team overview
With BeYou365, you can automate every step of paying your team all in one place. Whether your team is salaried, paid hourly, or earning commissions and tips, you can track hours, calculate earnings and send payments.
1. Track and calculate team earnings
- Wages: For team members who earn hourly pay, set their hourly rate to automatically calculate wages based on their scheduled shifts or when they clock in and out.
- For salaried team members, you can add a fixed salary directly in pay runs using an adjustment.
- Commissions: Your team can earn commissions on the services, products, memberships, and gift cards they sell. Commission rates are fully customizable and tracked automatically as sales are checked out.
- Tips: Whether tips are collected online or added at checkout, BeYou365 includes them in the pay run automatically.
To pay your team through BeYou365, you'll need to have BeYou365 Payments enabled. This allows you to collect client payments into your business wallet.
2. Prepare pay runs
- Each pay run is automatically calculated and summarized so you can review and make updates before sending.
- Pass on fees: like payment processing fees, to team members. These will be reflected automatically in their pay run.
- Make manual adjustments to earnings, including taxes and deductions.
- Cash collected from clients is automatically logged as a cash advance and deducted from the payout, so there's no risk of overpayment.
3. Pay your team directly
- When ready, complete the pay run for your selected pay period.
- Funds are transferred from your business wallet to each team member's personal BeYou365 wallet or linked bank account.
- No manual bank transfers or external systems needed.
