Add tips to a pay run
Learn how to include tips in your team's pay run, whether they're collected online or added at checkout.
How tips work in pay runs
- Tips collected via online payments or at checkout are automatically attributed to the team member who performed the service.
- They appear in the pay run summary and can be reviewed before completing the pay run.
- Tips added manually at checkout are also tracked per team member.
Add or adjust tips in a pay run
- From the main menu on the left of your screen, go to Team.
- Select Pay runs from the left menu panel.
- Click on the current open pay run to open it.
- Select a team member to view their pay run breakdown.
- Click Add adjustment and choose Tip from the adjustment type.
- Enter the tip amount and add a note if needed.
- Click Save to add the tip to the pay run.
Automatically collected tips appear in the Tips column. Manual adjustments can be added or removed before completing the pay run.
