Understand merchant payments in your account

How merchant payments work

1. When a client pays for a merchant's service, the payment is processed by BeYou365 and routed directly to the merchant's BeYou365 wallet.
2. The business wallet is not involved in merchant transactions — the merchant receives the full payment.
3. All merchant transactions appear in your BeYou365 reporting under the relevant merchant's name.
4. Merchants can view and manage their own payouts from their personal BeYou365 account.
5. As the business, you can access merchant transaction reports from the Reporting section.
