What are merchants?
- Merchants are self-employed or independent professionals who work at your business and have their own BeYou365 Payments account.
- When a client pays for a merchant's service, the payment is routed directly to the merchant's wallet — not the business wallet.
- As the business owner, you can manage merchant profiles, track their appointments, and access reporting on their sales.
- Merchants are responsible for their own tax reporting and financial compliance.
Merchants must have their own BeYou365 account and have BeYou365 Payments enabled to receive direct payments.
