Deactivate a merchant profile

Deactivate merchant accounts as needed to keep things running smoothly.

Deactivate a merchant

  1. From the main menu, go to Team.
  2. Find the merchant and open their profile.
  3. Click Actions and select Deactivate merchant.
  4. Confirm the deactivation.
Deactivating a merchant removes their access to your workspace. Existing appointment history is retained for reporting.
