Handle merchant transactions and appointments efficiently for accurate sales records.
Assign a sale to a merchant at checkout
- Open the appointment in your Calendar.
- Click Checkout.
- In the team member field, select or confirm the merchant.
- Process the payment — funds are routed directly to the merchant's wallet.
- The sale is recorded under both the business and the merchant's individual sales records.
Merchant payments bypass the business wallet and go directly to the merchant. This is by design and cannot be changed for merchant-type team members.
