Update and delete products
Keep your inventory accurate and up-to-date by updating and removing items from your inventory. Edits and deletions affect future sales without changing past records.
Edit a product
- Go to Inventory → Products.
- Click on the product you want to edit.
- Update the name, price, description, or any other field.
- Click Save in the top right to apply your changes.
Price changes only apply to new sales. Existing receipts and reports keep the price that was used at the time.
Delete a product
- Open the product from Inventory → Products.
- Click the Actions button at the top right.
- Choose Delete and confirm the action.
Deleted products cannot be recovered. If you may sell the product again later, archive it instead.
