Add products to your inventory
Set up a detailed product list, ensuring your stock levels are always accurate and ready for client sales. Each product can have its own SKU, retail price, supplier, and stock quantity.
Open the products area
- From the main menu on the left of your screen, go to Inventory.
- Select Products from the left panel.
Add a new product
- Click Add in the top right and choose New product.
- Enter the product name, description, and SKU.
- Set the retail price clients pay and the supplier price you pay.
- Choose a category, brand, and supplier to organize the product.
- Upload a product image so it shows up in your online store.
- Click Save in the top right to add the product to your inventory.
Use a clear naming convention so products are easy to find at checkout — for example, "Brand — Product — Size".
Set the stock quantity
- On the product page, open the Stock tab.
- Enter the current quantity available at each location.
- Set the low stock alert threshold so you are notified when stock runs low.
- Click Save to apply.
