Importing an existing product list
Keep your stock levels up-to-date by using a product template or CSV file to upload in bulk. This is the fastest way to migrate products from another system.
Download the import template
- Go to Inventory → Products.
- Click Options in the top right and choose Import.
- Click Download template to get the CSV file with the required columns.
Use the template even if you already have a CSV from another system — the column names must match exactly.
Fill in your product details
- Open the template in Excel, Numbers, or Google Sheets.
- Fill in each row with the product name, SKU, retail price, supplier price, category, and brand.
- Save the file as CSV (Comma delimited).
Upload the file
- Back in BeYou365, click Choose file on the import screen.
- Select your saved CSV file.
- Review the preview — fix any errors flagged in red.
- Click Import to add the products to your inventory.
