Manage product suppliers, brands and categories
Organize your inventory by setting up and managing product suppliers, brands, and categories. Good organization makes products faster to find at checkout and easier to report on.
Add a supplier
- Go to Inventory → Suppliers.
- Click Add in the top right.
- Enter the supplier name, contact details, and address.
- Click Save.
Add a brand
- Go to Inventory → Brands.
- Click Add in the top right.
- Enter the brand name and an optional description.
- Click Save.
Add a category
- Go to Inventory → Categories.
- Click Add in the top right.
- Enter the category name (for example, "Hair care", "Skin care").
- Click Save.
Categories appear as tabs at checkout, making it quick to find the right product when adding it to a sale.
