Bulk edit retail and supplier prices
Streamline pricing updates by bulk editing retail and supplier prices for multiple products at once. This saves time when applying price changes across a brand or category.
Select products to edit
- Go to Inventory → Products.
- Use the filters at the top to narrow your list by brand, category, or supplier.
- Tick the checkboxes next to the products you want to update, or use Select all.
Apply a bulk price change
- Click Bulk actions and choose Edit prices.
- Choose to update retail price, supplier price, or both.
- Apply a fixed amount change or a percentage change to all selected products.
- Review the preview of new prices.
- Click Apply to save the changes.
Bulk price changes apply only to new sales. Existing receipts continue to show the original price.
