Transfer stock between locations
Optimize inventory management by transferring stock between locations. Stock transfers update both source and destination locations automatically.
Create a stock transfer
- Go to Inventory → Stock transfers.
- Click New transfer.
- Select the from location and the to location.
- Click Add products and enter the quantity to transfer for each item.
- Click Save to keep the transfer in draft, or Send to mark it as in transit.
Complete the transfer
- When the stock arrives at the destination location, open the transfer and click Receive.
- Confirm the quantities received. Any discrepancies can be flagged.
- Click Complete to update both locations' stock levels.
Stock transfers leave a clear paper trail for audits — every movement is logged with date, time, and team member.
