Track internal product use

Mark products as internal use only for items used during treatments or services. Internal-use products are tracked separately so your reports stay accurate.

Mark a product as internal use

  1. Open a product from InventoryProducts.
  2. Open the Settings tab.
  3. Toggle Internal use only on.
  4. Click Save.
Internal-use products do not appear in checkout or in your online product store, but are still counted in stocktakes.

Log internal use

  1. Go to InventoryInternal use.
  2. Click New entry and select the product used.
  3. Enter the quantity used and link it to a service if applicable.
  4. Click Save to deduct from stock.
