Set up stock quantity tracking
Never under or over stock by setting up low stock notifications and reorder quantities. BeYou365 will alert you when products fall below thresholds.
Enable stock tracking
- Open a product from Inventory → Products.
- Go to the Stock tab.
- Toggle Track stock quantity on.
- Click Save.
Set low stock thresholds
- On the Stock tab, set a low stock threshold for each location.
- Set a reorder quantity to use as the suggested amount when creating new stock orders.
- Click Save.
Set the low stock threshold high enough that you have time to reorder and receive new stock before running out.
View low stock alerts
- Go to Inventory → Low stock to see all products below their threshold.
- Click any product to view its details and create a stock order.
- Notifications also appear in your dashboard summary.
