Create a draft sale

Learn how to save sales before you're ready to check out, giving you the flexibility to make changes as needed.

How draft sales work

  1. Draft sales let you start a sale and save it for later without completing checkout.
  2. You can add items, apply discounts, and make changes before finalising the sale.
  3. Drafts are accessible from the Sales section under the Drafts tab.

Create a draft sale

  1. Open an existing appointment from your Calendar.
  2. In the right panel of the appointment view, click on the Checkout button at the bottom.
  3. Add items, apply discounts, or adjust quantities as needed.
  4. Click on Quick actions (three dots) at the bottom and select Save as draft.

Edit or cancel a draft sale

  1. From the main menu, go to Sales, then select Sales from the left menu panel.
  2. Click on the Drafts tab and use the search bar to find the sale.
  3. Select the Draft reference number to view the sale details.
  4. In the right panel, click on Actions (three dots) and choose to edit, checkout, or cancel the draft.
