Set up your business hours
Define your opening and closing hours to control when clients can book appointments online and when your business is available.
How business hours work
- Your business hours define the time window in which clients can book appointments online. Setting accurate hours ensures clients only see available slots during your actual operating times and prevents bookings outside of those windows.
Set your business hours
- From the main menu, go to Settings.
- Select Business, then click Business hours.
- For each day of the week, toggle the day on or off depending on whether you are open.
- For days you are open, set the Opening time and Closing time.
- If you have different hours on specific days (e.g. shorter hours on Saturday), adjust those individually.
- Click Save to apply your business hours.
Business hours apply to your online booking calendar. Changes take effect immediately once saved.
Set hours for multiple locations
- If your business has multiple locations, each location can have its own business hours.
- From the Business hours settings, use the Location dropdown to switch between locations.
- Set the hours for each location individually and click Save after each.
