Schedule and update team shifts

Set up and manage shift schedules for your team to ensure smooth daily operations and accurate availability for online bookings.

How team shifts work

  1. Team shifts define when each staff member is available to take appointments. A staff member's shifts determine their availability in the online booking calendar — clients can only book them during their scheduled shift hours.

Add a shift for a team member

  1. From the main menu, go to Team.
  2. Select the team member you want to schedule.
  3. Click on Schedule or Shifts in their profile.
  4. Click Add shift.
  5. Select the Date, Start time, and End time for the shift.
  6. Click Save.

Edit or update a shift

  1. In the team member's schedule, click on the shift you want to update.
  2. Adjust the start time, end time, or date as needed.
  3. Click Save to apply the changes.
Editing a shift does not automatically update existing appointments scheduled during that time. Review your calendar after making shift changes.

Set up recurring shifts

  1. When adding or editing a shift, toggle on Recurring.
  2. Choose the repeat frequency: Weekly or Custom.
  3. Set an end date for the recurring shift, or leave it open-ended.
  4. Click Save to create the recurring schedule.
