Schedule and update team shifts
Set up and manage shift schedules for your team to ensure smooth daily operations and accurate availability for online bookings.
How team shifts work
- Team shifts define when each staff member is available to take appointments. A staff member's shifts determine their availability in the online booking calendar — clients can only book them during their scheduled shift hours.
Add a shift for a team member
- From the main menu, go to Team.
- Select the team member you want to schedule.
- Click on Schedule or Shifts in their profile.
- Click Add shift.
- Select the Date, Start time, and End time for the shift.
- Click Save.
Edit or update a shift
- In the team member's schedule, click on the shift you want to update.
- Adjust the start time, end time, or date as needed.
- Click Save to apply the changes.
Editing a shift does not automatically update existing appointments scheduled during that time. Review your calendar after making shift changes.
Set up recurring shifts
- When adding or editing a shift, toggle on Recurring.
- Choose the repeat frequency: Weekly or Custom.
- Set an end date for the recurring shift, or leave it open-ended.
- Click Save to create the recurring schedule.
