How closed dates work

  1. Closed dates are specific days when your business will be completely closed and unavailable for bookings. When a closed date is set, clients will not be able to book appointments on that day through your online booking page.

Add a closed date

  1. From the main menu, go to Settings.
  2. Select Business, then click Closed dates.
  3. Click Add closed date.
  4. Select the Date (or date range) when your business will be closed.
  5. Add an optional Description (e.g. "Christmas Day" or "Staff training day").
  6. Click Save.
Existing appointments on closed dates are not automatically cancelled. You will need to manually review and handle any appointments already booked for those dates.

Manage existing closed dates

  1. From Settings > Business > Closed dates, you can see all upcoming closed dates.
  2. Click on a closed date entry to edit the description or date range.
  3. Click the Delete icon to remove a closed date.
  4. Click Save after making any changes.
