Manage closed dates and holidays
Set up closed dates for holidays, special occasions, or any day your business will not be operating to prevent client bookings.
How closed dates work
- Closed dates are specific days when your business will be completely closed and unavailable for bookings. When a closed date is set, clients will not be able to book appointments on that day through your online booking page.
Add a closed date
- From the main menu, go to Settings.
- Select Business, then click Closed dates.
- Click Add closed date.
- Select the Date (or date range) when your business will be closed.
- Add an optional Description (e.g. "Christmas Day" or "Staff training day").
- Click Save.
Existing appointments on closed dates are not automatically cancelled. You will need to manually review and handle any appointments already booked for those dates.
Manage existing closed dates
- From Settings > Business > Closed dates, you can see all upcoming closed dates.
- Click on a closed date entry to edit the description or date range.
- Click the Delete icon to remove a closed date.
- Click Save after making any changes.
