Update team member account details

Keep your team member profiles up to date by editing their personal details, services, locations, working hours, and permissions directly from the Team section.

Edit a team member profile

  1. From the main menu on the left of your screen, go to Team.
  2. Select Team members from the left menu panel.
  3. Click on the team member to open their profile.
  4. Click Actions on the left panel and select Edit.
  5. Update the team member's details including name, job title, phone number, and email.
  6. Click Save in the top right to apply your changes.

Update services and locations

  1. In the Edit team member view, select Services from the left menu panel.
  2. Tick or untick services to assign or remove them from the team member.
  3. Select Locations from the left menu panel to update which location they work at.
  4. Click Save in the top right to apply your changes.
Team members can only be booked for services that are assigned to them.

Manage online booking settings

  1. In the Edit team member view, select Online booking from the left menu panel.
  2. Toggle Enable online booking on or off to control whether clients can book this team member.
  3. You can also set a custom booking notice period and control profile visibility.
  4. Click Save when finished.
