Put your team in the spotlight with enriched profiles
Invite your team members to build professional profiles and start an online professional portfolio, showcasing their talent and skills to clients.
What is an enriched profile
- An enriched profile allows team members to showcase their professional identity to clients online. It includes a bio, profile photo, gallery of their work, and a list of their specialties.
- When clients browse your online booking page, they can view each team member's enriched profile and choose to book based on their skills and portfolio.
- This helps attract new clients and builds trust before the first appointment.
Enable an enriched profile for a team member
- From the main menu on the left of your screen, go to Team.
- Select Team members from the left menu panel.
- Click on the team member to open their profile.
- Click Actions and select Edit.
- In the Online profile section, enable the enriched profile toggle.
- The team member will receive an email inviting them to complete their profile with a photo, bio, specialties, and portfolio.
- Click Save to apply.
Team members complete their own enriched profiles from their personal account settings.
