Archive and delete team members from your workspace
Learn how to restrict a team member's access to your workspace by archiving or deleting their profile to prevent new appointment bookings.
How archiving or deleting team members works
- Archiving: removes the team member from your calendar and schedule but keeps their history. Their profile can be restored at any time.
- Deleting: permanently removes workspace access. You must archive first, then delete. Historical sales and appointment data is preserved in your reports.
Archive team members
- From the main menu on the left of your screen, go to Team.
- Select Team members from the left menu panel.
- Click on the team member to open their profile.
- Click the Actions button in the left panel and select Archive.
- Click Archive in the pop-up to confirm.
You'll be prompted to cancel or reassign any upcoming appointments before archiving.
Unarchive team members
- From the main menu on the left of your screen, go to Team.
- Select Team members from the left menu panel.
- Click the Filter icon in the toolbar and select Archived under Status, then click Apply.
- Click Actions next to the archived team member and select Unarchive.
Once unarchived, the team member receives an email invite and their profile reactivates.
Permanently delete team members
- First archive the team member following the steps above.
- Once archived, open the team member's profile.
- Click Actions and select Delete.
- Confirm the deletion in the pop-up. This action cannot be undone.
Permanently deleting a team member cannot be undone. Their workspace access is removed, but historical data is preserved in your reports.
