Troubleshoot your card terminal
Follow simple checks to resolve card terminal connection, power, receipt printing, and payment issues.
Common terminal issues and fixes
- Terminal won't power on — Ensure it is charged. Connect to the power cable and wait 5 minutes.
- No WiFi connection — Go to Settings > WiFi and reconnect to your network.
- Payment declined — Check your BeYou365 Payments account status. Ask the client to try a different card.
- Receipt not printing — Check that receipt paper is loaded correctly and is not jammed.
- Terminal frozen — Hold the power button for 10 seconds to restart.
