Troubleshoot your card terminal

Common terminal issues and fixes

  1. Terminal won't power on — Ensure it is charged. Connect to the power cable and wait 5 minutes.
  2. No WiFi connection — Go to Settings > WiFi and reconnect to your network.
  3. Payment declined — Check your BeYou365 Payments account status. Ask the client to try a different card.
  4. Receipt not printing — Check that receipt paper is loaded correctly and is not jammed.
  5. Terminal frozen — Hold the power button for 10 seconds to restart.
