Collect manual payments using a card terminal
Manually enter amounts to process one-off payments on your BeYou365 S1 terminal.
Process a manual payment on the terminal
- On the terminal, navigate to Manual payment or New transaction.
- Enter the payment amount using the keypad.
- Ask the client to tap, insert, or swipe their card.
- Once approved, the payment is recorded.
Manual terminal payments are not automatically linked to an appointment in BeYou365. You will need to manually reconcile these payments in your records.
