Special offers and flash deals
Create time-limited offers to drive bookings during slow periods. Flash deals create urgency and encourage clients to book or buy quickly.
Create a special offer
- Go to Marketing → Promotions.
- Click Create offer in the top right.
- Choose the offer type: Percentage off, Fixed amount off, or Buy one get one.
- Enter the discount value and a memorable offer name.
Set offer rules and expiry
- Choose which services or products the offer applies to.
- Set a start date and end date.
- Choose whether the offer is one use per client or unlimited.
- Click Save.
Flash deals work best with a tight expiry — 24 to 72 hours creates the most urgency.
Promote your offer
- Send an email or SMS campaign to your client list announcing the offer.
- Share the offer on your social media and marketplace profile.
- Display a banner on your online booking page during the offer period.
