Referral programs
Reward clients who refer new customers to your business. Word-of-mouth referrals are the most cost-effective way to grow.
Enable a referral program
- Go to Marketing → Referrals.
- Click Enable referrals.
- Each existing client gets a unique referral link they can share.
Set rewards
- Choose what the referrer gets — a discount, account credit, or free service.
- Choose what the new client gets — typically a welcome discount.
- Set when the reward is granted: when the new client signs up or completes their first paid appointment.
Two-sided rewards (referrer + new client) typically perform 2-3x better than one-sided rewards.
Share with your clients
- Send an email campaign announcing the program.
- Mention it during checkout when clients leave a positive experience.
- Add a section to your marketplace profile explaining the rewards.
