Referral programs

Reward clients who refer new customers to your business. Word-of-mouth referrals are the most cost-effective way to grow.

Enable a referral program

  1. Go to MarketingReferrals.
  2. Click Enable referrals.
  3. Each existing client gets a unique referral link they can share.

Set rewards

  1. Choose what the referrer gets — a discount, account credit, or free service.
  2. Choose what the new client gets — typically a welcome discount.
  3. Set when the reward is granted: when the new client signs up or completes their first paid appointment.
Two-sided rewards (referrer + new client) typically perform 2-3x better than one-sided rewards.

Share with your clients

  1. Send an email campaign announcing the program.
  2. Mention it during checkout when clients leave a positive experience.
  3. Add a section to your marketplace profile explaining the rewards.
