Plan your seasonal calendar

  1. List the key dates that matter for your business — Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, summer holidays, Black Friday, and end-of-year holidays.
  2. Plan campaigns 2–3 weeks ahead so clients have time to book.
  3. Pair seasonal offers with gift cards for an easy gifting product.
Use last year's booking data to predict your busiest periods and plan promotions to fill gaps around them.

Create a seasonal promotion

  1. Go to MarketingPromotions.
  2. Click Create offer and select a seasonal template.
  3. Customize the imagery and copy to match the season.
  4. Add the offer to a campaign to send out by email or SMS.

Best practices

  1. Use seasonal imagery and warm tones in your campaign visuals.
  2. Highlight gift card bonuses for major holidays — for example, "Buy a $100 gift card, get $20 free".
  3. Send a reminder email 48 hours before the offer ends.
