Plan and execute seasonal campaigns to capitalize on holidays and trends. Tap into the moments your clients are already thinking about gifting and self-care.
Plan your seasonal calendar
- List the key dates that matter for your business — Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, summer holidays, Black Friday, and end-of-year holidays.
- Plan campaigns 2–3 weeks ahead so clients have time to book.
- Pair seasonal offers with gift cards for an easy gifting product.
Use last year's booking data to predict your busiest periods and plan promotions to fill gaps around them.
Create a seasonal promotion
- Go to Marketing → Promotions.
- Click Create offer and select a seasonal template.
- Customize the imagery and copy to match the season.
- Add the offer to a campaign to send out by email or SMS.
Best practices
- Use seasonal imagery and warm tones in your campaign visuals.
- Highlight gift card bonuses for major holidays — for example, "Buy a $100 gift card, get $20 free".
- Send a reminder email 48 hours before the offer ends.
